I’m a native of the rural Midwest, currently living happily with my husband and three cats in the mountains near Santa Cruz, CA. Besides drawing and painting, I love books, music, writing, hiking, gardening, and cooking.

My work is inspired by memories, dreams, and the mysterious aspects of life, and I am fascinated with old things—the worn and rusty—and the beauty in the overlooked, “ordinary,” or forgotten.
